Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love every piece you purchase!
However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so we are pleased to offer exchanges and store credits to help your little one one find the perfect fit. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will gladly help you with this process. At this time as a small business, we are able to offer a STORE CREDIT (of product value) or EXCHANGE (for the same or different product, of equal value). Full returns will NOT be issued at this time.
Returned merchandise must arrive back at Little Cloth Co no more than 20 days after initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.
We are unable to refund shipping costs, duties or taxes. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@littlecloth.co If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any items on sale are FINAL SALE. By purchasing a product that is marked down from its original price, you are unable to return it for store credit or exchange.
